Terms of Service
Last updated July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of portevergladestransfer.com and the ground transportation services offered under the Port Everglades Transfer brand by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“we”, “us”). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide pre-booked, private ground transportation in South Florida, specializing in transfers to and from the Port Everglades cruise port, area airports (FLL, MIA, PBI) and hotels. Services are performed by licensed, insured chauffeurs operating under the TwelveTransfers network.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes generated by our booking system are fixed, all-inclusive fares for the itinerary entered, covering tolls, standard waiting time, meet and greet on airport pickups and luggage handling. The fare is confirmed at booking and does not change with traffic or demand. Optional extras selected by you - such as child seats or additional stops - are itemized before payment. Substantial itinerary changes requested after booking may re-price the trip.
Bookings, changes and cancellations
You may cancel or modify a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged in part or in full, at our reasonable discretion, taking the circumstances into account. Delays caused by tracked flights are accommodated without penalty. No-shows without contact are charged in full; a booking is treated as a no-show if the passenger cannot be reached for 30 minutes after the included waiting time ends.
Waiting time and pickups
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting time on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic arrivals, measured from actual wheels-down. Other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting, where the chauffeur can accommodate it, is billed at the rate shown at booking.
Passenger responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate itinerary details (including flight numbers and ship information), for the conduct of your party, and for ensuring passenger and luggage counts fit the vehicle class booked. Children must travel in appropriate child restraints as required by Florida law; seats are available on request at booking. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. Damage to a vehicle caused by a passenger beyond normal wear may be charged to the booking payment method.
Missed connections and liability
We plan conservative schedules around ship boarding windows and flight departures, and we monitor flights on tracked pickups. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes affected by circumstances beyond our control - extraordinary traffic events, weather, port or road closures, or delays caused by inaccurate booking information. Our liability for a failure of service is limited to the price paid for the affected transfer. We strongly recommend travel insurance for cruise itineraries.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider at or after booking, as indicated during checkout. Gratuities are never required; any tip you choose to add goes to your chauffeur.
Intellectual property
The content of this website - text, branding and design - belongs to FG Twelve LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
