How does your pricing work?

Every fare is a fixed, all-inclusive quote generated when you book: from $89 for airport transfers, from $129 for long-distance runs such as Palm Beach, and from $75 for general and hotel trips. Tolls, port entry, luggage handling, bottled water and WiFi are inside the price. There is no meter and no surge pricing, including on peak embarkation mornings.

How far in advance should I book a cruise transfer?

For most sailings, two to seven days ahead is comfortable. For holiday weeks, spring break and multi-ship Saturdays - when Port Everglades can move more than fifty thousand passengers in a day - book as soon as you have flights, and at minimum 48 hours out for Sprinter Vans and other high-demand vehicle classes.

Can I book my airport pickup and post-cruise return together?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we recommend it. Book the round trip and we hold your details for both legs: the arrival pickup runs on flight tracking, and the debarkation pickup is staged against your ship's actual customs clearance. One booking covers the entire loop.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Plans change, especially around cruises. You can cancel or modify free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, contact dispatch and we will do everything we can to rework the booking - itinerary slips caused by airline delays are handled without penalty because we see them on the tracker.

Which Port Everglades terminal will my ship use?

Accepted Answer

As a rule of thumb: Princess sails from Terminal 2 and Celebrity from Terminal 4 in Northport; Royal Caribbean uses Terminals 18 and 25, Holland America Terminal 21, and Carnival Terminals 19, 26 and 29 in Midport. Berths can shift by sailing, so our dispatch verifies the day's assignment before your pickup - you will never be dropped at the wrong building.

What time should I arrive at the terminal?

Boarding at Port Everglades generally opens between 10:30 and 11:00 AM, and all-aboard is usually 90 minutes to two hours before sailing. We aim airport pickups so you reach the terminal early in the boarding window, or just after 2:00 PM to skip the midday security peak. If your line uses arrival appointments, as Carnival does, we time the car to your slot.

My flight lands at FLL the same morning my ship sails. Is that enough time?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes - FLL is only two to three miles from the terminals, and a morning arrival leaves ample margin. The real risk is the inbound flight itself, which is why we track it and adjust your pickup automatically. For peace of mind, we suggest flights landing before noon for a typical late-afternoon sailing, and a pre-cruise hotel night for tight connections in winter weather season.

Which port entrance will my driver use?

Port Everglades has three gates, and the right one depends on your berth: SE 17th Street is fastest for the Northport terminals (1, 2 and 4), while the main Eller Drive entrance off US-1 and I-595 serves the Midport terminals (18 through 29). Our chauffeurs run these gates weekly and route around embarkation-morning backups - it is a small detail that regularly saves twenty minutes.

How does the meet and greet work at FLL, MIA or PBI?

Your chauffeur monitors the flight, parks when you land, and waits inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. They help with luggage and walk you to the car. Meet and greet is included in every airport fare - it is not an upsell.

Question 10

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is built into every airport pickup, so the car is re-timed automatically to your actual arrival. Waiting time is also included: 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic, measured from wheels-down, so a slow immigration line does not generate extra charges.

Should I fly into FLL, MIA or PBI for a Port Everglades cruise?

Accepted Answer

FLL is the obvious choice at two to three miles from the terminals. MIA, about 27 miles south, frequently has better fares and schedules and the transfer is a straightforward 35-50 minutes up I-95 from $89. PBI, about 47 miles north, is the quietest airport of the three and works well with our long-distance service from $129. We cover all three daily.

How much luggage fits in each vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Capacities are honest, not optimistic: Business sedans take 3 passengers with 3 large cases, Business and Luxury SUVs take 6 and 6, First Class sedans 3 and 3, and the Sprinter Van takes 14 passengers with 14 bags. Cruise luggage runs large, so if you are between sizes, take the bigger vehicle - the fare difference is small compared to a repack at the curb.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available on request when you book - just tell us ages and how many. Florida law requires child restraints for children five and under, and that applies in chauffeured vehicles, so please do not plan to hold little ones on a lap for the ride to the port.

Can you handle a group of 20 or more for a charter or wedding cruise?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Large groups are split across multiple Sprinter Vans with coordinated pickups and a single point of contact at dispatch, so everyone reaches the terminal in the same window. For milestone sailings we can also mix in a stretch limousine or party bus for the guests of honor. Email us the group size and sailing date and we will build the plan.
